Bauma visitors went high at the Wacker Neuson and Kramer stand: A Ferris wheel brought all the adventure-lovers to 35 meters height and this was a real crowd magnet. However, new products from the zero emission series, which were the focus of the trade fair presentation under the motto #electrifiedbauma, provided an electrifying experience.
Already a full-liner when it comes to concrete consolidation equipment, Wacker Neuson is now adding two new models to its product range: The FUH35 and FUH70 portable frequency converters. In addition to internal vibrators in various performance classes, external vibrators for all formwork types, vibratory tables and stationary converters, Wacker Neuson now also offers an extended product range of portable high-frequency converters in three performance classes.
New standards in terms of operator and construction site safety, flexibility and cost effectiveness are set by the Dual View wheel dumpers from Wacker Neuson with payloads of six to ten tons. Dual View allows the operator to conveniently and quickly change the seat position through a 180-degree rotation of the entire operator control panel and the seat console. This always gives the operator a perfect view in the direction of travel – during transport, loading and dumping.
At Bauma, Wacker Neuson has extended the options for emission-free compaction: The battery-powered rammer AS60e and the battery-powered plate AP2560e are new in the product range. The prototype of a portable high frequency internal vibrator system celebrates an absolute world premiere, where the battery has been integrated into a backpack. Thus, three vibratory rammers, three vibratory plates and the internal vibrators are now operated with one lithium ion rechargeable battery, which can be used modularly in all devices.
Developed by Wacker Neuson, the EquipCare solution ensures transparency in fleet management, since machines outfitted with EquipCare send reports to the customer's terminal device in real time in the event of maintenance requirements, malfunctions, or unexpected relocations.
In the design and development of their zero emission products, Wacker Neuson and Kramer make no compromises regarding performance or available running time. To provide end users with simple and comfortable handling, diverse application areas and a high cost efficiency, the development engineers exploited the potential of new technologies to the maximum.
At Bauma 2019, international construction equipment manufacturer Wacker Neuson Group will be taking visitors on an electrifying tour of its vast product portfolio. The zero emission range will be one of the main attractions at the Wacker Neuson and Kramer stand.
From June 16 through 21, 2018, Wacker Neuson showed how far construction equipment has already advanced today and also gave visitors a glimpse of what to expect in the future. Over the course of the week, customers, dealers and experts from across the EMEA region visited the Austrian production site in Hörsching, near Linz, to find out more about the latest zero emission machines, to test products and digital solutions and to engage in interesting discussions.
With the conventional excavator ET35 and the zero tail excavator EZ36 Wacker Neuson is presenting two new models in the 3.5 ton class. Time-tested and proven features of larger models were consistently developed further here. A completely new design and interior as well as additional outfitting options provide for a productive and fatigue-free working environment.
New standards in terms of operator and construction site safety, flexibility and cost effectiveness are set by the dual view concept for the Wacker Neuson wheel dumper from six to ten tons of payload. Dual view allows the operator to conveniently and quickly change the seat position through a 180-degree rotation of the entire operating and seat console. This always gives the operator a perfect view in the direction of travel – during transport, loading and dumping.
